The makers of the Toasties website and the participants of The Asthenosphere Project are not responsible for the actions of anyone who chooses to even remotely follow our instructions for cooking CDs in microwaves.

We are not responsible if a) your microwave stops functioning normally, b) you die of aluminum vapour poisoning, c) you die of food poisoning, d) all your CDs are rendered useless and / or piles of plastic goo, e) your house burns down, f) your family, friends, neighbours, or local law enforcement officials complain about your nuked CDs, g) anything else you might want to blame us for.

But we are responsible if you manage to extract loads of fun out of this, and some nifty-looking CDs!
